2) Excellent problem solving, time management, organization
skill, good communication skill.
3) Fulent in Japanese both of written and verbal
4) Proficient in PC using, word, excel, powerpoint etc.
5) Be reliable, self confident and a good team player
Responsibilities:
1) Processes incoming orders, expedites pricing requests,
product design requests, credit/billing requests, and
coordinates shipping and returned material related issues.
2) Assists departments and sales manager/representatives
to accomplish related customer service activities.
3) Other issues as requested
